as much as i despised trudging uphill in ashland one glorious thing about the trek was the higher you got the more stars you could see. i still despise hills but i have a knack for living on them (it’s probably the pilgrim roots in me) and even on my hill, sunset hill, crown hill, whatever the heck my neighborhood is, i can only see maybe five stars (and that’s really looking hard)....
